I believe you when you say that you created the piece using Excel, and I'm sure it took you some time to complete. However, that doesn't change the fact that the image you've created ins nearly a pixel-for-pixel re-creation of my original design from some time ago. I recognize my own work when I see it. You've even managed to have the exact same pixel missing from the right-hand side of the white portion on the lower face that I missed when I made mine. What you've done is equivalent to tracing, and its' artistically dishonest to represent that work as your own on your page. The polite way to respond to my comment would have been to admit that you liked my piece enough to try your own hand at re-creating it, and ask me for permission to use that image. One of the best ways for artists to get better is to work from more experienced artists who they respect - it's a perfectly great way to learn and grow - but you can't claim that work as your own and expect to get away with it.
